WHO WE ARE
A Lifeline for Niagara’s Wildlife
Wild Kritters of Niagara County is a non-profit, volunteer-driven organization dedicated to giving injured and orphaned wildlife a second chance. With state and federal licenses, our team provides expert care until each animal can be safely returned to its natural home—or, in the case of those who cannot survive on their own, a safe and meaningful life as part of our educational programs.
Education is at the heart of what we do. From schools to community fairs, we share practical guidance on how to respond when you encounter wildlife, fostering understanding and coexistence between people and the animals around them.
We are proud to be a resource the community can rely on—always free of charge. The support we receive through donations makes it possible to cover the costs of food, medical treatment, housing, and other essentials that directly benefit the animals in our care.
At Wild Kritters, every rescue is more than an act of compassion—it’s a step toward preserving the delicate balance of our shared environment.
